• Supporting Huawei data center, IT room, network equipment, and servers.
• Test the network infrastructure periodically with DryRun. Test procedures include MPLS routers, VPN, Access controlers, remote access, wireless, print services, Exchange server, LAN network, load balancing, teleconference and meeting rooms, WLAN, VoIP, UPS, and recovery.
• Network Monitoring by Cacti and Server-Room environmental monitoring over the network by APC NetBotz such as video surveillance and human activity. It provides temperature, humidity, door contact, smoke monitoring.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity, file sharing, and printer issues.
• Setting up BDD Server, DHCP, DNS, and print server.
• The installation of operating systems and hypervisors such as ESXi and VMware Workstation.
• IT service management (ITSM), including incident, change, and ServiceNow asset management.
• Tracking of all IT hardware assets and ensure that they are accurately accounted for in the asset database by tracking and tagging them with unique identifiers.
• Follow up on the return of assets for terminated employees.
• Develop, maintain, disposal, and scrap assets (ITAM, AND, CMDB).
• Prepare laptops/desktops, servers, and Huawei cell phones.
• Managed and supported Idea Hub, Max Hub, Teleconferencing, and Konftel video conferencing rooms.
• EATON UPS batteries and EATON UPSs need to be maintained regularly.
• Managing asset inventories using Zebra Designer and printing asset labels.
• Establishes, maintains, and manages user access accounts.
• Defense of IT privacy compliance audit and assessment that ensures business complies with GDPR.
• AWS and Google Cloud Services. (Infrastructure, and platform as a service)
• Azure Data Storage such as Cosmos DB, Blob storage, File, Queue, Table storages.
• Disposing of obsolete hardware.
• Supports users through telephones, email, and electronic media applications.
• Providing technical training, and mentoring to other engineers and employees.

• Manage Data Center inventory (including Servers, Switches, Routers, Fiber and patch cords, RAMs, CPUs, Storage, etc.)

• The DC project launched at the Global Connect centralized data center area.
