عدم لاگین یوزرهای Forest Trust در Citrix

سلام

کاربرای Citrix Xenapp 6.5 با یوزرهای دامین موجود میتونن به محیط وب سیتریکس لاگین کنن ولی یوزرهایی که توی دامین دیگه ای هستن و دامینشون با دامین اصلی Trust شده اند نمیتونن.

پیغامی که میده اینه :

Please verify your user name and password and try logging on again. If you cannot log on, contact your help desk.

البته وقتی میرم توی Event Viewer پیغام زیر رو میبینم:

Site path: C:\inetpub\<left>

البته ناگفته نمونه که تمامی یوزرها در دامین اصلی و تراست شده قبلا میتونستن لاگین کنن

از دیروز این اتفاق افتاده.

ممنون میشم اگه کسی بتونه راهنماییم کنه.
