سلام ، چطور میشه در برنامه outlook 2013 از لیست شماره ها و اطلاعات ثبت شده در Address book نسخه پشتیبان تهیه کرد؟

سلام دوست عزیز
Click Export to a file, and then click Next. Click Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next. Select the account you want to export by clicking the name or email address, such as Mailbox
